L.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Job DescriptionERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required to be successful in this role.Knowledge of engineering fundamentals.Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.Excellent command of written and spoken English.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments.Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6.ResponsibilitiesProduce pre-design, design, tender, award, procurement, construction, and completion scheduling to depict the project and contractual requirements in compliance with planning procedures.Analyze project requirements.Prepare resource and cost-loaded planning schedules.Produce resource histograms for manpower, material, and submittals.Evaluate and analyze progress through updated status reports to provide performance assessment and forecasts.Coordinate and liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and authorities regarding planning & programming matters.Conduct regular site visits to monitor and review progress.Analyze alternatives and options in programming to consider market fluctuations, changes, and unanticipated events, formulating better delivery options.Prepare "What if" analysis.Review subcontractor schedules and reports, recommending necessary actions to align schedules.Liaise with clients as per contract requirements.Participate in progress and coordination meetings.Handle delay notifications, delay analysis, and EOT submissions.Produce time and commercial claims in coordination with the project team.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesConstructionThis job posting is active.#J-18808-Ljbffr
