We operate across EMEA, APAC, and North America with a strong global infrastructure and industry‑leading partners.</p><h3>Services</h3><ul><li>Global payments and receivables</li><li>Foreign Exchange (FX)</li><li>Treasury management</li><li>Finance reconciliations</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own the full lifecycle of software engineering, from design and development through deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in production.</li><li>Collaborate with PMs, designers, and cross‑functional teams to shape and refine feature requirements, ensuring alignment with business and user needs.</li><li>Lead architectural decisions, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.</li><li>Drive the operational success of features by establishing monitoring, alerting, and support processes.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to high standards for quality, security, and performance.</li><li>Actively engage in troubleshooting and incident response to address production issues and improve resilience.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using Python, Flask, FastAPI, AWS, Angular, and SQL databases.</li><li>Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their application when beneficial.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of end‑to‑end feature ownership and delivery in production environments.</li><li>Familiarity with modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines that support full lifecycle engineering.</li><li>Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.</li><li>Experience managing both development and operational aspects of software, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.</li><li>A proactive mindset for identifying potential improvements, optimizations, and innovations.</li><li>Prior experience in a senior role with responsibilities for mentoring or guiding other team members.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul><p>Please note, candidates will need to have the right to work in the jurisdiction that they are looking to work in.
