The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and quality project execution in line with budget and schedule targets.Key Responsibilities :Plan, coordinate, and execute HVAC commissioning and completion activities.Develop commissioning procedures, schedules, and system / sub-system boundaries.Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth execution.Manage documentation for Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning.Monitor progress, close punch lists, and oversee warranty activities.Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards (PTW & LOTO systems).Lead and mentor commissioning teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration Engineering (Master’s preferred).8–10 years of experience in HVAC systems design and commissioning, preferably in oil & gas or marine projects.Strong knowledge of HVAC design, equipment selection, and system testing.Proficient in Carrier HAP, WinPCS, PIMS, or similar project completion tools.Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
