At Al-Qadsiah, you’ll play a key role in shaping our legacy, contributing to the nation’s sports vision, and making history every step of the way.Position: Senior Contracts SpecialistReports to: Contracts SupervisorOverview:We are looking for an outstanding Senior Contract Specialist who can assist the HR Department to manage, prepare, and analyze contracts across all the club’s sports. This position requires a strong understanding of legal terminology, and a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Draft and review contracts and procurement agreements.Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Analysis of the contracting process and to identify areas for continuous improvement.Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures.Maintain employee, player and coach records according to policy and legal requirements.Monitor contract execution to ensure obligations are met.Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments as required.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in law, or a related field.Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CCCM).2-5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.Proficiency in both the English and Arabic language.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory requirements.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join Al-Qadsiah?Be Part of the Legacy: Join a club that’s redefining the future of Saudi sports, striving to lead the competition and set new standards of excellence.Experience the Culture: Thrive in an environment that values quality, accountability, diversity, synergy, innovation, and ambition, while embracing harmony.
