Senior ELV Engineer

We are seeking a Senior ELV Engineer to join our organization in Dubai United Arab this role you will lead the design implementation and management of Extra Low Voltage systems for commercial and residential projects. You will be responsible for ensuring all ELV installations meet international standards and local regional regulations while maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex large-scale projects and mentor junior engineering staff.Design and develop comprehensive ELV system solutions including fire alarm systems CCTV access control and building automation systemsPrepare detailed technical drawings specifications and documentation using CAD and BIM softwareCoordinate with MEP teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and compliance with project requirementsConduct site inspections and supervise ELV installations to verify adherence to design specifications and quality standardsAnalyze project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions while maintaining technical excellenceManage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure efficient project deliveryEnsure all work complies with regional building codes safety regulations and international standardsPrepare technical reports test certificates and commissioning documentationProvide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and installation teamsLiaise with clients consultants and contractors to address technical queries and resolve issuesStay current with industry advancements and emerging ELV technologiesQualificationsRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of professional experience in ELV engineering and system designProven expertise in fire alarm systems CCTV access control and building automationStrong proficiency with AutoCAD BIM software and electrical design toolsComprehensive knowledge of UAE building codes NFPA standards and international electrical regulationsDemonstrated project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in preparing technical specifications and engineering documentationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with advanced building management systems and IoT integrationFamiliarity with project management software and toolsKnowledge of sustainable building practices and green building standardsExperience mentoring and leading technical teamsProfessional certifications in electrical engineering or ELV systemsPrevious experience working on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects in the Middle East regionRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
