Senior Electrical Engineer (Building Services)Due to continued expansion and growth, we now require a Senior Electrical Engineer (Building Services).ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the Engineering Subcontractor for drawings and deliverables.Review drawings.Prepare material purchase requisitions and evaluate vendor offers.Prepare and review material submittals.Follow up with vendors for delivery and technical clarifications.Review and approve vendor drawings.Assist the construction team to ensure smooth progress of work.Supervise a team of Electrical Engineers and CADD operators.Discuss drawings and systems with clients and obtain approval for drawings and materials.Coordinate with vendors, construction, inspection, and materials groups for project progress.Participate in client meetings as required.Ensure completion of all work to meet contractual obligations and facilitate final handover.Planning and estimating.Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.Key BenefitsSupported by a global engineering and construction organization.Long-term rewarding career opportunities.Competitive salary package with benefits.Ongoing professional and personal development.Experience on major resource projects.Education and Skills12 to 15 years of experience in electrical engineering design for building services in projects up to 80,000m2.Preferably Chartered Engineer or equivalent.Leadership skills and initiative-taking ability.Good communication and teamwork skills.Experience in Middle East projects is an advantage but not essential.About The CompanyKentz is a global engineering solutions provider with 14,500 employees across 30 countries.
