OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer for one of our clients with the following details:Location: UAEStart Date: ASAPContract Duration: 3 yearsQualificationsMinimum experience of 15 years in Engineering DisciplineMinimum 3 years of Management RoleMinimum Bachelors degree in Engineering is mandatory. In addition, Master Degree would be appreciated.UAE Society of Engineers membership will be requiredDubai Municipality certified would be a mustInternational Accreditation (RIBA, AIA or equivalent) and Sustainability Certification (LEED, PQP or equivalent) is preferredExperience of working on airports projects, design and supervision, or at least three major large scale projects references.Excellent knowledge of Design Project ManagementWell verse in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and other Software related to BIM is mandatory.Well verse in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is mandatoryDeveloped knowledge of Amtech, Dialux, Relux (revit) softwaresGood knowledge of International codes and standardsKnowledge of the regional codes and standards, regulations and requirements.Excellent communication skills in English, speaking and writing.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workloadAbility to handle and protect confidential informationAbility to author clear and precise technical documentsCapability to lead a team, plan and organize tasks, and to work within a team framework.Career development of team skills, new skill development, innovationGood communication and Customer-facing skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads Electrical engineering team and facilitates project delivery in line with ADPI standards.Organizes and plans the studies and drawings production in respect of the delays at any stage of the studies.Check the compliance with various codes and standards (security, safety, airport regulation, construction…) as per Country regulations and/or Client’s specific requirement when applicable.Ensures that the proper controls, i.e. QA/QC and content compliance vs contract obligations and Engineering Industry best practice, are properly conducted prior submissionDevelop BIM Automation tools and BIM quality management systems to optimize study and production process, i.e. templates and families creation.Identifies training needs for the Electrical teamIdentifies IT Software needs for the Electrical team.Support company hiring and assist in the appraisal of the staff performanceCoordinates with other disciplines to achieve projects goals and Building Practice production improvement goals.Works with and report to the Head of Building Practice to ensure vision and mission of the MEP Department within the Building Practice is achieved.Assist with the preparation and production of commercial offersIf Interested Kindly apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
