Senior Discipline Engineer - SP3D

Archirodon , having earned its reputation as a reliable and respected international contractor for more than a half century in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) market, continues to create value to its stakeholders by executing complex EPC projects worldwide, in recognition of its superior standards of performance.We have an outstanding record in completing major Energy (Oil & Gas – Power and Water), Marine, Infrastructure and Defense & Security projects around the globe and we pride ourselves on delivering over the years the kind of reliability and trust that the client has the right to expect from a major EPC contractor.Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Lead Engineers, who will be based in our UAE office and lead the multidiscipline Engineering of the project.Project includes the detailed engineering and design, quality assurance and control, procurement/supply, interface management, construction/installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning/start-up of Hydrocarbon & non-Hydrocarbon systems and management including all works required for the job completion. The main objective of this brownfield project is to increase the production handling capacity by adding a new Production Train and associated facilities at an existing Central Degassing Station and a new gas lift compressor train at another existing Central Degassing Station.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the 3D modeling discipline using SmartPlant 3D for EPC projects.Develop and review 3D models for piping, equipment, HVAC, structural, and civil disciplines.Ensure compliance with project standards, client specifications, and industry best practices.Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate and clash‑free models.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to SP3D designers and junior modelers.Support project deliverables, including isometric drawings, material take‑offs, and reports.Implement revisions and updates in the 3D model based on engineering inputs and project changes.Maintain model integrity throughout all design phases.RequirementsBachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Piping, or relevant Engineering discipline (or equivalent).15+ years of experience in SP3D modeling for Oil & Gas/EPC projects.Strong proficiency in SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) software and related engineering tools.ADNOC or Middle East project experience/standards is highly preferred.Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and effective teamwork skills.What’s in it for you:Professional GrowthChallenging ProjectsCollaborative EnvironmentCompetitive CompensationCompetitive salary and benefits are part of the offering, yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams within an international leading EPC group that supports impactful for the local communities’ mega infrastructure development projects - literally around the globe - and encompasses a productive and human‑centric culture caring for its people and their development!Please note that you will be contacted only if you are shortlisted for an interview.
