Typical Restructuring team assignments include lead financial restructuring advisory; financial, operational, and commercial due diligence; business reviews; cash and working capital management; valuation; contingency planning; and insolvency.Within that context, we are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Director to join our leading Restructuring team in Dubai or Riyadh.What You’ll DoAssisting in structuring the engagement approach, scope, and deliverablesManaging the team to address the scope within the required timeframe and budgetLeading business and liquidity reviews by investigating historical and future financial performancePreparing and testing business plans and financial modelsUndertaking variance/bridge analysis and identifying reasons for underperformanceDeveloping a broad understanding of the full suite of offerings (e.g., contingency planning)Forming initial views and opinions on analyses before sharing them with the case managerCommunicating findings through report writing and oral presentationsBuilding detailed three‑statement financial models and demonstrating confidence in Excel modellingInterrogating and diligence financial analysisSpeaking with external stakeholders/clients to keep them apprised of progress, initial observations, and issuesCoaching and supporting junior team membersForming initial views and opinions on the engagement to discuss with the Lead Managing Director or Senior Managing DirectorTaking responsibility for producing and delivering a substantial element of the client deliverableCovering Senior Managing Directors in relevant situationsLeading Business Development ActivitiesContributing to broader departmental initiatives such as key accounts, pursuits, business development meetings, recruitment, charity events, or overall practice developmentPreparing and participating in formal pitchesCoaching junior team members and seeking opportunities to become a counsellorPreparing for and participating in training activitiesBuilding and maintaining personal relationship networksHow You’ll GrowWe are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.
