<div><p>Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director - Project Management, Sports BU - Interface to lead and oversee the successful delivery of sports-related projects within the organization. This critical leadership role involves managing complex interfaces between various project teams, stakeholders, and business units to ensure seamless execution and integration of sports infrastructure and facilities.</p><p>The Senior Director will be responsible for driving strategic project management initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring that all sports projects meet Qiddiya’s quality, cost, and schedule objectives.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage the Project Management function for the Sports Business Unit, focusing on interface management between different project teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Develop and implement project management strategies, policies, and procedures that enhance coordination and integration across projects.</li><li>Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all parties to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.</li><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to project interfaces and dependencies.</li><li>Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, vendors, and government entities.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in project delivery through lessons learned, best practices, and adoption of new technologies.</li><li>Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project management teams to build strong capabilities and high performance.</li><li>Report regularly to senior leadership on project status, challenges, and recommendations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 15 years of project management experience, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role managing complex sports, entertainment, or infrastructure projects.</li><li>Proven expertise in managing interface and integration challenges between multiple projects and business units.</li><li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience working in large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably within the sports or entertainment sectors.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.</li></ul><p>Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
