Your leadership will help ensure that our cooling solutions meet the highest standards of sustainability and operational excellence.</p><br/><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute the strategic vision for district cooling systems, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s environmental and operational goals.</li><li>Oversee the design, engineering, and construction of district cooling infrastructure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.</li><li>Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and oversight to ensure efficient operations and project execution.</li><li>Conduct market analyses and feasibility studies to evaluate new district cooling projects and innovations.</li><li>Ensure systems comply with local codes, regulations, and sustainability practices throughout their lifecycle.</li><li>Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including governmental agencies, utility providers, contractors, and technical consultants.</li><li>Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.</li><li>Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance system reliability and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare and present reports on project status, performance metrics, and improvement strategies to senior management.</li><li>Stay abreast of industry advancements and technological innovations in district cooling and energy management practices.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)</li><li>15+ years of experience in designing and managing district cooling systems or large-scale HVAC projects.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills with proven expertise in leading complex engineering projects.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of energy efficiency regulations, sustainability practices, and industry standards.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and performance improvement.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and tools for optimal planning and execution.</li></ul><p>Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
