In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the overall management, design, and implementation of efficient district cooling systems that are integral to our developments. Your leadership will help ensure that our cooling solutions meet the highest standards of sustainability and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the strategic vision for district cooling systems, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's environmental and operational goalsOversee the design, engineering, and construction of district cooling infrastructure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgetsLead a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and oversight to ensure efficient operations and project executionConduct market analyses and feasibility studies to evaluate new district cooling projects and innovationsEnsure systems comply with local codes, regulations, and sustainability practices throughout their lifecycleManage relationships with key stakeholders, including governmental agencies, utility providers, contractors, and technical consultantsMonitor and analyze system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reductionDevelop and implement policies and procedures that enhance system reliability and customer satisfactionPrepare and present reports on project status, performance metrics, and improvement strategies to senior managementStay abreast of industry advancements and technological innovations in district cooling and energy management practicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)15+ years of experience in designing and managing district cooling systems or large-scale HVAC projectsStrong leadership and team management skills with proven expertise in leading complex engineering projectsIn-depth knowledge of energy efficiency regulations, sustainability practices, and industry standardsExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and performance improvementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholdersProficiency in project management software and tools for optimal planning and executionBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
