Experience in bidding major projects, running a small P and L, business planning, are advantageous.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOversee the strategic pre- and post-contract management process of high value complex head contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.Manage all interactions with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Assess and advise on contractual risks and opportunities.Negotiate contract variations and manage change control processes.Develop and implement post-contract management policies and procedures to enhance project delivery.Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.Manage dispute resolution and claims processes effectively.Provide leadership to the commercial team in executing post-contract strategies.QualificationsMinimum of 12 plus years of experience in contract management within the construction or engineering sectors.Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.Must hold MRICS / FRICS accreditation.Proven experience in commercial management post-contract, ideally within large-scale projects.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
