We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities includeDigital Channel Development – Support the collaboration of channel managers, product and marketing teams to address new requirements and provision the preparation of functional specifications, product backlogs, wireframes, prototypes, design assets, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, as well as executing test cases to ensure effective implementationDigital Channel Usage and Reporting – Manage and support the creation and implementation of promotions for Digital Channels acquisition and migration, supporting the coordination with marketing and other teams for timely rollout, track Digital Channel registrations and usage, prepare reports on performance, and update channel managers on progress against KPIsPolicies, Processes, Systems and Procedures – Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholdersSelf‑Management – Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performanceCustomer Service – Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactionsQualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in delivering projects including at least 2 years of experience in Digital Channel management within a BankBachelor’s Degree in relevant specializationKnowledge of Web Channels and Mobile TechnologiesStakeholder EngagementPlanning, Analytical and Time ManagementWritten and Spoken EnglishWhat we offer:Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 39,000– AED 44,000 per month.
