Senior Design Lead - Oil & Gas Service Stations Abu Dhabi

We are hiring a highly experienced Design Manager based in Abu Dhabi to lead the design and development of Service Station in the oil and gas sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of service station projects from concept to completionCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry codesReview and approve design drawings, layouts, and technical specificationsOptimize site layouts, forecourt design, and traffic flow efficiencyManage project timelines, budgets, and deliverablesProvide technical guidance and resolve design-related issuesLiaise with clients, contractors, and authorities for approvalsEnsure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the design processSupport value engineering and continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field (minimum four-year program)20 years of overall professional experienceMinimum 10 years of experience in the UAE (mandatory)At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in design development and permitting projectsMinimum 5 years of experience working with Abu Dhabi authorities, including handling submissions and approvalsFluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written)Holds a valid UAE driving license#J-18808-Ljbffr
