Senior Design Lead - Oil&Gas Service Stations Abu Dhabi

<p>We are hiring a highly experienced<strong>Design Manager</strong>based in Abu Dhabi to lead the design and development of Service Station in the oil and gas sector.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead the design and development of service station projects from concept to completion</li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry codes</li><li>Review and approve design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications</li><li>Optimize site layouts, forecourt design, and traffic flow efficiency</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables</li><li>Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues</li><li>Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities for approvals</li><li>Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the design process</li><li>Support value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field (minimum four-year program)</li><li>20 years of overall professional experience</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE (mandatory)</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in design development and permitting projects</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience working with Abu Dhabi authorities, including handling submissions and approvals</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written)</li><li>Holds a valid UAE driving license<br><br></li></ul></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
