We are looking for a Senior DataOps Engineer to bridge the gap between DevOps and Data Engineering. You will be the architect of our CI/CD frameworks, ensuring our data pipelines are automated, resilient, and production-ready.</p><p><strong>The Mission</strong></p><ul><li>Build and scale CI/CD pipelines for complex data workloads (Spark, Delta Lake, Airflow).</li><li>Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible) and GitOps for hybrid environments.</li><li>Enforce data contracts, schema validation, and automated quality testing.</li><li>Programmatically apply masking, RBAC, and lineage for sensitive datasets.</li><li>Own observability, cost-monitoring, and incident response for tier-one data domains.</li></ul><p><strong>Your Toolkit</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years in engineering, with 2+ years dedicated to DataOps/DevOps.</li><li>Deep expertise in Databricks, Spark, dbt, and Azure Data Factory.</li><li>Skilled at GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps and IaC.</li><li>Strong Linux proficiency (bash, distributed compute) and CDC experience.</li><li>A good understanding of data governance and metadata management.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join this business?</strong></p><p>Join a global organization on a mission to change lives.
