They have partnered with<b>Dautom</b>as their trusted IT consulting provider for upcoming strategic initiatives.</p><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>7–12 years in Security Engineering / Data Security.</li><li>Proven experience with:</li><li>DCSA&data security architecture</li><li>DAM tools</li><li>PKI / HSM / KMS / CA</li><li>IPsec, TLS, mTLS</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of data privacy, encryption, and protection technologies.</li><li>Hands‑on with DAM, DLP, PKI, HSM, KMS, tokenization.</li><li>Deep understanding of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.</li><li>Familiarity with API security, Secrets Management, microservices data security.</li><li>Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.</li></ul><h3>Soft Skills</h3><ul><li>Excellent analytical, documentation, and investigation skills.</li><li>Strong communication with technical and management teams.</li><li>Ability to lead initiatives independently.</li><li>Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Certifications</h3><ul><li>CISSP / CSSLP</li><li>GIAC (GDSA, GCCC, GPCS, GCDA)</li><li>Cloud security (AZ‑500, CCSP)</li><li>Database / encryption platform certifications</li><li>Enterprise DCSA implemented and maintained.</li><li>DAM, DLP, PKI/KMS, masking&tokenization platforms operational.</li><li>Enterprise data classification fully adopted.</li><li>Discovery tools&accurate data maps in place.</li><li>Encryption coverage across all sensitive workloads.</li><li>Privacy‑enhancing technologies enabled.</li><li>Monthly/quarterly security reporting.</li></ul><h3>KPIs</h3><ul><li>Reduction in data‑related security incidents.</li><li>DLP false‑positive reduction.</li><li>DAM coverage across critical databases.</li><li>Accuracy of classification&discovery maps.</li><li>Compliance adherence.</li><li>Turnaround time for data security requests.</li></ul><h3>Works With</h3><p>Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, DBAs, GRC, Digital, Service Delivery, and all hosted entities.</p><h3>About Dautom</h3><p>Dautom is a globally recognized leader in IT consulting services.
