Job Description You will be part of Delta Tech Hub, a key contributor to Delta Air Lines' objectives of delivering niche, IP-intensive, high-value, and innovative solutions. As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights and supporting various teams and functions across Delta to create memorable customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and transform large sets of raw data using SQL, SAS, etc. to track program health and identify actionable insights - Assist with video product, AI features, and survey programming within the Qualtrics platform across various listening posts - Collaborate with business owners and team members to identify opportunities and recommend actions for further improvement using a data-driven approach - Validate CX Survey Vital Statistics (health metrics) utilizing data analysis tools such as SQL queries, Python, etc. - Recommend and implement data analytics to drive new and optimized ways to influence spend and better partner with supported business units Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of relevant experience - Bachelors degree in business or information systems - Proficiency with SQL, Python, HTML, or other query tools - Proficiency with Qualtrics (CX) platform for survey programming, dashboards, video product, and workflows - Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights - Embrace a people and process first approach to technology projects Additional Details: You should have experience in designing and developing Qualtrics surveys, dashboards, and workflows. Additionally, being self-motivated, resourceful, and willing to seek help when needed are essential qualities for this role.
