HTC Global Services is hiring Senior Data Analyst for an 1-year extendable contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite).HTC Global Services - a leading CMM level 5 global provider of innovative IT and Business Process Services and Solutions since 1990 with headquarters in Troy, Michigan, USA.Project OverviewWe are working on building a Customer 360 platform for an airline client, aimed at creating a unified view of customer data across multiple systems. This platform will support various business use cases including customer insights, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesElicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements across multiple workstreamsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand and define requirements for a Customer 360 data platformAnalyse data flows, data feeds, and integration points across 40+ source systemsWork closely with technical teams, data engineers, and vendors to validate solutionsDefine and document data models, schemas, and data structuresEnsure proper data governance, data lineage, and data quality checks are in placeSupport data integration and stitching of customer data from multiple platformsProduce clear documentation including process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteriaFacilitate Agile ceremonies and work closely with delivery teamsStrong understanding of data analysis concepts including data quality and validationAbility to interpret data feeds, schemas, and integration specificationsHands-on experience working with data platforms / data ecosystems, such as: Data Lake / ADLS or Databricks or AWS (Redshift, S3, etc.) or Google BigQueryExperience working on data warehouse or Customer 360 implementationsStrong ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholdersAgile/Scrum delivery experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNice to HaveExperience in Airline / Travel domainExposure to CRM, customer communication, or marketing platformsExperience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or AmadeusInterested candidates please do share your updated CV to mentioning your Current CTC, expected CTC and notice period details.#HTCGlobalServices #ITJobs #hiring #lookingforjob #careers #jobs #immediatejoiner #recruitment #technology #jobseekers #interview #lookingforjobchange #newjob #dataanalyst #Datamodelling #schema #datamigration #datagovernance #dataintegration#J-18808-Ljbffr
