Senior Data Analyst - Dashboard Design

Job Description Role Overview: As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Your day-to-day will involve extracting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketing specialists, and engineering teams, to understand their data needs and deliver impactful analytical solutions. Your insights will directly influence product development, marketing campaigns, and overall business strategy, ultimately enhancing customer experience and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure the efficient and reliable flow of data from various sources to the data warehouse. - Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform business decisions. - Design and implement insightful dashboards and reports to communicate data findings to stakeholders across the organization. - Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against goals. - Build predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast future trends and support strategic planning. - Present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Mentor junior data analysts and provide guidance on best practices for data analysis and visualization. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases. - Proven ability to develop and deploy data analysis scripts and models using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn). - Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related area. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
