As a consultant, you benefit from tailored support and dedicated training focused on both your professional and personal development, empowering you to make a direct impact on the business and your own career trajectory.Apgar is committed to fostering an atmosphere of trust, motivation, and well‑being, where professionalism and growth go hand in hand with a friendly, supportive workplace culture.Your MissionAs a Senior Data & AI Advisor at Apgar, you will independently lead and deliver high‑impact data transformation project streams (or multiple streams) for our clients, under the guidance of a project manager.Key ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryInvolved in the entire data‑centric transformation projects ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.Engage with senior stakeholders to define their data strategy and operationalise AI use cases, leveraging Apgar’s portfolio: Data Strategy, Master Data Management, AI change management and transformation, AI use case and solutions deployment, Data Governance and Operating Model.Oversee scoping, methodology, planning, and solution design, ensuring functional and technical quality in line with business requirements.Facilitate workshops, interviews, and functional design sessions, producing deliverables such as benchmarks, business cases, and presentation decks.Support clients throughout solution testing, adoption, and change management processes.Business DevelopmentParticipate in pre‑sales activities, responding to tender calls and drafting business proposals.Identify new opportunities through client engagement and building client relationships.Team Development & ImpactMentor junior consultants, deliver feedback, and support their skills development through training activities and project guidance.Contribute to Apgar’s knowledge base by creating internal frameworks, leading new offer development, and sharing expertise across teams.Represent Apgar at external events, fostering thought leadership in data, AI, and digital transformation.Your ProfileMaster’s degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years’ experience in consulting or IT services.Strong track record in managing complex data or AI projects—ideally covering data strategy, business case definition, data governance, and AI use case deployment.Business‑savvy with expertise in both technical and consulting disciplines; highly skilled at client relations, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving.Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills; fluent in English (Arabic and French is a plus).Experienced in delivering strategic workshops, drafting technical specifications, and leading change adoption.Competitive remuneration (fixed and variable packages).Company‑supported training and career growth.Social and Family benefits (health insurance, annual visa, ticket).Support for work‑life balance in a motivating and collegial workplace.Apgar values curiosity, collaboration, and passion—join a friendly, growth‑focused team making a real impact in data management and AI transformation.
