Senior CyberSecurity Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and maintain advanced security solutions protecting systems, networks, and data. This role involves strategic leadership in addressing evolving cyber threats.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement security architecture for networks, systems, and applicationsMonitor security systems and respond to incidents and breachesConduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testingLead incident response and remediation effortsDevelop and enforce security policies, standards, and proceduresCollaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practicesEvaluate and deploy security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, firewalls)Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigationsEnsure compliance with standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadershipStay updated on emerging threats and technologiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field5-10+ years experience in cybersecurity or information securityStrong knowledge of network security, encryption, identity management, and cloud securityHands‑on experience with security tools and platformsExperience with scripting/programming (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash)Deep understanding of Linux and Windows operating systemsPreferred Certifications: CISSP, CEH, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+Key SkillsIncident Response and Threat Analysis: Skilled in quickly identifying and mitigating security incidents by analyzing threats and implementing effective countermeasuresSecurity Architecture and Design: Experienced in creating robust security frameworks aligned with best practices and organizational goals to protect against evolving cyber threatsRisk Management: Proficient in assessing risks and vulnerabilities, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring regulatory complianceProblem‑Solving and Analytical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning and data analysis skills to address complex security issues and implement corrective actionsCommunication and Leadership: Able to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences and lead teams through incident response and security improvementsPreferred CertificationsCISSP, CEH, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+ or higher#J-18808-Ljbffr
