IT is the UK based business with global headquarters in Dubai, UAE and Regional headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.About Job DescriptionLead the cybersecurity discovery and assessment across IT & OT environments and develop the Cybersecurity Managed Services RFP, including security scope, monitoring and response requirements, compliance, and vendor evaluation.Cybersecurity Discovery & AssessmentLead cybersecurity assessment covering EWEC IT & OT security environments.Review security posture across:Network and perimeter security.SOC, SIEM, threat detection, incident response.Identity & access management.Endpoint protection.Cloud security.Vulnerability and patch management.OT/ICS security (SCADA, PLCs, gateways).Cybersecurity Managed Services RFP DevelopmentDevelop full Cybersecurity Managed Services RFP, including:Cybersecurity service scope (SOC, IR, VAPT, MDR, SIEM, etc.).SLAs for security operations, incident response, threat hunting.Reporting, governance, compliance, and audit requirements.Maturity uplift model and KPIs.Define evaluation criteria, scoring models, and bidder qualification requirements.Align all cybersecurity RFP documents with EWEC procurement and security policies.Stakeholder Engagement & AdvisoryConduct workshops with Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, OT, Risk, and Governance teams.Present security assessment findings and future-state cybersecurity operating model.Advise EWEC on cyber risk reduction, threat management strategies, and managed security models.Qualification & ExperienceBachelors or masters degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, or related field.12–18 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, security operations, or managed security services.Deep understanding of SOC operations, SIEM, threat intelligence, IR, and vulnerability management.Experience with OT security.Certifications preferredCISSP (highly preferred)CISM, CISAISO 27001 Lead Auditor/ImplementerSoft SkillsStrong expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, security operations, and risk management.Excellent analytical, advisory, and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate technical cybersecurity requirements into RFP-ready content.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Other DetailsExperience: 12 years+Education: Bachelors in Information security, cyber security etc.Location: Abu DhabiTimings: 9am - 5pm (onsite)Salary: Market CompetitiveEmployment Nature: 9 months Contract based.#J-18808-Ljbffr
