Its mission is to develop innovative open-source solutions designed to anticipate cyber threats, identify security gaps, and strengthen organizational security posture.</p><p>Filigran solutions are now trusted by over 6,000 public and private organizations worldwide.</p><h3>🎯The Role</h3><p>The Senior Customer Platform Architect will be responsible for supporting customers in the deployment of their on-premise infrastructure hosting Filigran products, conducting regular health checks, and providing advisory support during the pre-sales process regarding on-premise infrastructure requirements.</p><p>The role of the Customer Platform Architect is essential to ensure proper sizing of the infrastructure for new on-premise customers, to adapt deployments to specific technological and security contexts, and to guarantee the reliability of this infrastructure in supporting our customers’ threat management operations.</p><h3>💼Your Responsibilities</h3><ol><li><p><b>Guide customers through the deployment of their platform:</b>Assist customers in the design, implementation, and configuration of their platform based on their needs.</p></li><li><p><b>Manage customers infrastructure issues:</b>Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues related to the infrastructure.</p></li><li><p><b>Conduct platform health checks:</b>Perform on-demand audits to assess the performance and resilience of platforms and recommend improvements.</p></li><li><p><b>Ensure technical documentation of the architecture:</b>Write and update architecture-related documentation, ensuring it is clear and accessible to all stakeholders.</p></li><li><p><b>Collaborate with other teams:</b>Work closely with the Product team to integrate architectural needs into the products, and with Solution Engineers to support pre-sales efforts in resolving platform issues and addressing design requests.</p></li></ol><h3>🤝Who You’ll Work With</h3><p>Briefly describe the team environment and collaboration style:</p><ul><li><p>The CPA ME will be part of the KSA’s team while reporting to the global manager of the CPA function.</p></li><li><p>The CPA works closely and continuously with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and Engineering teams.</p></li></ul><h3>🧬Profile We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li><p>Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage) and exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).</p></li><li><p>Practical experience with containerization runtimes and orchestration platforms such as docker, podman and kubernetes.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of kubernetes architecture and helm-based application deployments.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues.</p></li><li><p>Background in customer-facing technical roles.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in Arabic.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment, with strong autonomy and ownership.</p></li><li><p>Bonus: Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences (customers, internal teams, both technical and non-technical individuals, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Analytical mindset and the ability to identify effective solutions for infrastructure challenges.</p></li><li><p>Ability to integrate the Customer team, with a willingness to learn and understand the products’ features, software architecture, and threat intelligence domain.</p></li><li><p>Team player with collaboration skills, capable of working with multidisciplinary teams.</p></li></ul><h3>🌱<b>Why Join Filigran?
