Senior Customer Experience MICE Consultant-ZTG Search Jobs Job Description Job Title: Senior Customer Experience MICE Consultant-ZTG Posting Start Date: 16/02/2026 Job Location: JEDDAH Company: Zahid Travel Group Job Description:Job SummaryProvide superior levels of customer service consistently, demonstrating strong sales skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and teamwork.Prepare quotations for flights, hotels, transfers, Meeting rooms, Tours, and other related services.Provide strong support and assist customers as MICE expert on the destinations’ hotels, tours, rentals, and travel related products/ experiences.Key AccountabilitiesWorking on all group’s enquiries (existing/new leads) in an accurate, appropriate, and timely mannerSuppliers’ negotiations.Approach new leads that generate good volume for the company.Ensure proper execution of all MICE events to the customers’ satisfaction and within budget.Ensure all bookings, passenger details, logistic information, internal notes and supplier notes updated on the systems.Maintain thorough and up to date record of all bookings for easy access, filing and auditing purposes.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly invoices.Coordinate proposals with destinations reservation hubsAchieve monthly/quarterly sales and conversation targets.Provide timely and accurate information and excellent support to external customers (agents, suppliers, and clients)Resolve customer service issues to customer’s satisfaction with appropriate corrective and preventative measures.Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.Has very good technical understanding for Air Tickets & Groups.Knowledge, Skills and AptitudeEducational Qualifications & Certifications: Minimum High school Certificate An undergraduate / Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Tourism/ Travel/Hospitality will be an advantage.Knowledge:Excellent Organizational and administration skillsProject management skillsNegotiation skillsCreative and out of the box thinking.Solid level of Maturity and professionalism to manage a program on the ground with the customer.Excellent domestic, regional, and international travel experienceTechnical Skills:Demonstrate strong computer literacy skills specifically MS Office Application i.e.MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Ability to use booking platforms for air and/or ground services.Language Skills: Fluency in both English and ArabicExperience:Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the Travel, Tourism or Hospitality industry, MICEKey Interactions#J-18808-Ljbffr
