You’ll play a key role in ensuring impactful project delivery while supporting the company’s global social responsibility and brand initiatives.What You'll DoManage the end-to-end execution of public welfare and CSR projects, from planning to delivery and post-project evaluationCoordinate multi-stakeholder collaborations including NGOs, relief organizations, and partnersDevelop and implement natural disaster response frameworks and emergency action plansLead disaster relief project execution, including logistics coordination and on-site managementAssess policy, regulatory, and compliance requirements related to humanitarian initiativesPrepare project reports, documentation, and impact assessmentsSupport partnerships with international institutions and organizations such as United Nations and regional humanitarian groups.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or aboveExperience in project management, CSR programs, humanitarian operations, or NGO initiativesExposure to disaster response, emergency management, or public welfare programs is a strong advantageStrong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to operate in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
