Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.</p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented<b>Senior Cost Engineer</b>to join our team for the SOUDAH Peaks development Project.</p><h3>What You'll Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Preparation of benchmarking and cost analysis</li><li>Cost planning/estimating/budgeting/reviews and reporting</li><li>ROM estimate (Rough Order of Magnitude)</li><li>Master Planning</li><li>Cost planning during all RIBA Stages (Feasibility, Pre-Concept Design, Concept Design, Schematic Design/Spatial Coordination, Detailed Design/Technical Design)</li><li>AACE Estimate classification (Class 5 to Class 1)</li><li>Tender review and analysis</li><li>Value management</li><li>Cost optimization</li><li>Tender Price Index and economic indices</li><li>Superuser cost database population and quality data assurance</li><li>Cost reporting and forecasting</li></ul><h3>What Required Skills You'll Bring</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, or related field and typically +12 years of cost management experience within a large developer or international engineering and consulting firm is required.</li><li>Requires a comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices in cost management.</li><li>Must possess strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with cost management.
