Senior Cost Controller

We are proud to contribute to the UAE's building and infrastructure development through commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project budgets, cost breakdown structures, and cost control systems.Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and cost variance analysis.Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.Prepare and submit monthly cost reports, progress reports, and financial summaries.Track committed costs, actual costs, and projected final costs.Support management with accurate financial data for decision-making.Review contracts, subcontracts, and BOQs for cost compliance.Manage variations, change orders, and claims in coordination with project teams.Assist in final accounts preparation and project close-out.Coordinate with project managers, planning engineers, procurement, and site teams.Support procurement by reviewing vendor/subcontractor cost proposals.Monitor subcontractor payments and interim valuations.Participate in project meetings and cost review sessions.RequirementsBachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.Minimum 8-12 years of experience in cost control for building/infrastructure construction projects.Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and final accounts.Excellent understanding of construction cost structures.Contractual and commercial awareness.Strong communication and reporting skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
