Position Title: Senior Cost Control Engineer (E2)Location: Abha, Saudi ArabiaReporting to: Cost Control Section HeadHill International provides program, project, and construction management services for clients in a range of sectors undertaking major construction projects across the world. For more information on Hill, please visit our website at www.hillintl.com.General Description of Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement cost control strategies and procedures to ensure effective financial managementMonitor and analyze financial data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve profitabilityPrepare and present financial reports, budget forecasts, and variance analysis to senior managementCoordinate with project managers and department heads to track and control project costsReview and approve purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and budget limitsConduct regular audits of financial records and procedures to identify and resolve discrepanciesTrain and mentor cost control staff to ensure their understanding of cost control processes and proceduresCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop cost reduction initiatives and drive efficiencyStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in cost control and financial analysisProvide guidance and support to the finance team on cost control mattersInforms themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by HillPerform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisorQualifications, Experience, Knowledge and SkillsBachelor / Master Degree in Accountant or Engineering from an accredited universityMinimum 15 years’ experience in related field on national / international major initiatives and developmentsExtensive knowledge and experience in project costExtensive experience in managing and prioritizing projects costsAbility to present budgeting plans and requirements to senior management and other government authoritiesAbility to negotiate with multiple stakeholders to secure cost for projectsCapable to fluently communicate in Arabic and EnglishExcellent Verbal and written communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
