Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven senior seller to join our B2B team. The ideal candidate will manage key client relationships, expand corporate accounts, and achieve sales growth targets through strategic business development and excellent communication skills—with solid wholesale experience in retail and luxury companies.What we’re looking for:3–5 years in B2B/Corporate sales with strong wholesale experience at retail/luxury companies (e.g., distributors, key accounts, modern/traditional trade, corporate gifting).Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong relationship‑building and account management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.Ability to prepare customized proposals and presentations for corporate clients.High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with corporate clients, hotels, institutions, and wholesale partners (distributors, key accounts).Build and maintain long‑term relationships; drive sell‑in, upsell, and cross‑sell across retail/luxury channels.Conduct regular follow‑ups and meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.Collaborate with Marketing on corporate bundles and trade activations/promotions.Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales reports; manage pipeline and forecasts in CRM.Ensure accurate order processing, on‑time delivery, and client satisfaction.Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and wholesale growth opportunities in retail/luxury.Report regularly to the Sales Manager on performance, client feedback, and business updates.SkillsCompetencies:Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong business acumen and client‑oriented mindset.Negotiation and problem‑solving skills.Time management and organizational abilities.Team player with leadership potential.Adaptable, proactive, and goal‑oriented.#J-18808-Ljbffr
