Reports to: Performance Department DirectorRole SummaryThe Senior Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, research and related activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work across teams while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day‑to‑day activities of the Performance Department, including schedules, meetings, and documentationPrepare presentations, reports, and internal documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and WordAssist in budget tracking, timelines, and logistical coordination for performances and projectsCommunicate effectively with artists and internal departmentsOrganize files, contracts, and project‑related materials in a structured and accessible mannerSupport the preparation of presentations for internal reviews, partners, and managementStay updated on and make practical use of AI tools to support research, organization, documentation, and workflow efficiencyEnsure tasks are delivered on time and aligned with departmental prioritiesRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within the arts, culture, or performance sectorStrong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and WordExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of and openness to using AI tools for productivity and organizational supportPreferred AttributesExperience working in festivals, performance venues, or cultural institutionsStrong problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitudeAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesArabic and English fluent#J-18808-Ljbffr
