Senior Coordinator â BIM

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coordinator BIM to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab this pivotal role you will lead and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for complex construction projects ensuring seamless integration of design engineering and construction data.ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate BIM processes across multiple projects ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirementsCollaborate with project teams to develop and implement BIM execution plansManage the creation maintenance and quality control of 3D models throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with various disciplines (architecture structural MEP) to resolve design conflicts and optimize building systems integrationConduct clash detection analyses and provide solutions to mitigate issuesLead BIM coordination meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholdersDevelop and maintain BIM content libraries and templatesTrain and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices and software utilizationStay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends recommending improvements to current processesEnsure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations in all BIM-related activitiesQualificationsBachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination preferably in the UAE or Middle East regionProficiency in BIM software particularly Autodesk Revit and NavisworksStrong knowledge of construction processes methodologies and building systems integrationExcellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAdvanced problem-solving and analytical abilitiesStrong communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teamsBIM certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirableExperience with additional software such as AutoCAD SketchUp or 3ds Max is a plusKnowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification processFamiliarity with UAE building codes and regulationsProven track record of successful BIM implementation in large-scale construction projectsDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracyAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentAdditional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
