Working closely with cross‑functional teams, ensuring contractual compliance, mitigating risk and maximizing commercial opportunities.</p><h3>Contract Management</h3><ul><li>Lead the development, negotiation, and management of contracts related to all projects.</li><li>Ensure that contracts align with organizational objectives, legal requirements and best in class industry standards.</li><li>Provide detailed advice on Contract Conditions / qualifications, identify issues requiring legal advice and manage the resolution of final contract conditions.</li><li>Collaborate with legal teams to review and mitigate contractual risks.</li><li>Review and provide advice on any claims received in relation to delay and loss / expense.</li></ul><h3>Commercial Strategy</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project outcomes.</li><li>Identify and evaluate commercial opportunities and risks associated with ongoing projects.</li><li>Provide strategic input to support development and decision‑making processes.</li><li>Develop strategic cost planning and project cost documentation for each project.</li></ul><h3>Financial Analysis</h3><ul><li>Establish project budgets and conduct financial analysis and assessments of project costs and expenditure.</li><li>Ensure financial accuracy and transparency in all contractual and commercial transactions.</li><li>Provide insights into financial performance and recommend corrective actions if necessary.</li></ul><h3>Risk Management</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess and mitigate project risks.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the impact of potential risks on contractual and commercial aspects.</li><li>Stay abreast of industry advancements in contract&commercial risk management best practices.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
