OverviewChina State Construction middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Senior Contracts Manager to lead the Contracts & commercial team in a newly awarded Large Scale Project in Dubai.ResponsibilitiesMonitor contracts and solve contract-related problems with other parties and cooperation with internal depts.Present and communicate with stakeholders about the contract related matters, be a key person of project and work closely with project leaders.Maintain records for correspondence and documentation relative to contracts, deal with client, PMC, Consultant and Sub-contractors, Suppliers to maintain relationships, negotiate commercial and solve the variation works.Evaluate and execute a wide variety of different contracts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
