This role involves leading and participating in various activities such as new scope & requirements, break‑fix work, testing and support.About the requirementsSolution Delivery: Collaborate with implementation teams to develop test and deploy solutions. Ensure adherence to development standards and deliver projects on time and within budget.Other Key Responsibilities: Engage with IT managers and stakeholders, contribute to business process improvements, and maintain professional knowledge and skills through continuous learning.SAP solution designDeep SAP functional knowledge and consulting skillsBusiness process expertise and proficiency in SAP tools and technologiesHands‑of Experience in ECC6 & S/4 HANA SD moduleOTC Returns, Sales order, Pricing, Master data, Business Partner, Credit Management, Pricing Procedure, Outputs, Idocs, Rebate management.This includes configuration of POS Outbound/Inbound Profile, Sales Per Receipt, Aggregated Sales posting.Innovative thinkingCustomer focusStrong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilitiesStrong customer relationship building capabilityPeople ManagementLead, manage and coordinate the team responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting the SAP SD module.Facilitate clear communication between the SAP SD team and other departments (e.g. finance, logistics) to align on requirements and expectations.Provide training and support to end‑users ensuring they are comfortable and competent in using the SAP SD system.Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams including finance, supply chain and IT to ensure seamless operations.Technical CompetencyDeep knowledge of SAP SD module configuration and integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules (e.g. MM, FI, PP). Proficiency in ABAP debugging is a plus.Education and ExperienceBachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, EngineeringExperience: Minimum of 10 years in SAP SD/IS RetailExpertise in SAP IS Retail and ECC6 & S/4 HANA SD modulesExperience in POS configuration, SAP-POS integration and e‑commerce omnichannel.
