<div><h3>Senior Consultant –Organizational Excellence (King Abdulaziz Quality Award)</h3><p>Brains Valley Business Services announces its need to contract a Senior Consultant specialized in Institutional Excellence to lead and execute readiness and participation projects for the King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA), as part of consulting engagements for government and semi-government entities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.</p><h3>Job Title</h3><p>Senior Consultant – Organizational Excellence&Quality Awards</p><h3>Role Objective</h3><p>To lead institutional readiness projects in alignment with the National Excellence Model (KAQA) requirements and enhance organizational preparedness for excellence awards. This includes providing advisory support, managing project teams, developing excellence methodologies, and preparing high-quality award submission files.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Lead and Execute KAQA Readiness Projects</b>Lead and manage institutional excellence projects across all phases—from planning and assessment to implementation and submission—ensuring delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.</li><li><b>Assess Current State and Organizational Maturity</b>Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing organizational practices and evaluate maturity levels using recognized excellence models, including document reviews, stakeholder interviews, and performance analysis.</li><li><b>Develop Gap Analysis Reports and Identify Improvement Opportunities</b>Prepare detailed gap analysis reports comparing current practices against excellence criteria, identifying strengths and prioritizing improvement opportunities based on impact.</li><li><b>Design Institutional Excellence Roadmaps and Improvement Plans</b>Develop integrated roadmaps outlining improvement initiatives, development programs, timelines, execution mechanisms, and monitoring approaches to enhance readiness for award participation.</li><li><b>Oversee Implementation of Improvement Initiatives</b>Monitor and supervise the execution of improvement initiatives in coordination with relevant departments, ensuring adherence to the approved roadmap and achievement of defined KPIs.</li><li><b>Supervise Preparation of Award Submission Files</b>Lead the development and writing of the award submission document in line with approved frameworks, ensuring high-quality content that effectively links practices with evidence and results.</li><li><b>Lead Self-Assessment and Mock Assessment Activities</b>Plan and conduct self-assessments and mock assessments using recognized methodologies, including file reviews, interviews, and identification of improvement actions.</li><li><b>Deliver Training and Workshops in Institutional Excellence</b>Design and deliver specialized training programs and workshops to build organizational capabilities in excellence practices, including self-assessment, benchmarking, and performance management.</li><li><b>Promote a Culture of Quality and Excellence</b>Drive awareness initiatives and internal communication efforts to embed a culture of quality, excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.</li><li><b>Manage Stakeholder and Executive Relationships</b>Engage with executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and provide advisory support for informed decision-making.</li><li><b>Ensure Compliance with National Excellence Model Requirements</b>Review all project deliverables to ensure full alignment with excellence model requirements and readiness to achieve advanced results in final assessments.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Experience</h3><ul><li>Certified Assessor in the King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA)</li><li>Minimum 8–12 years of experience in institutional excellence and quality</li><li>Proven track record of delivering at least two (KAQA) excellence readiness projects within Saudi Arabia</li><li>Hands‑on experience with excellence models such as EFQM and national excellence frameworks</li><li>Strong knowledge of the RADAR methodology and institutional assessment frameworks</li><li>Expertise in organizational performance analysis and KPI development</li><li>Strong reporting and executive presentation skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage consulting projects</li></ul><h3>Core Competencies</h3><ul><li>Strategic and analytical thinking</li><li>Executive communication and presentation skills</li><li>Excellence report writing skills</li><li>Time management and ability to work under pressure</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>PhD or Master in (e.g., Business Administration, Quality&Excellence, Strategic Management, Engineering or a relevant field)</li><li>Experience working with government or semi‑government entities in KSA</li><li>Participation in projects that achieved excellence awards or high assessment scores</li><li>Professional certifications in quality and excellence (e.g., ISO, EFQM, IRCA, CBAP,
