Senior Construction Manager - UAE High-Rise Projects

<p>The Construction Manager leads on-site construction activities for high-value projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols. This role involves managing subcontractors, tracking budgets and schedules, and acting as a central liaison for stakeholders.</p><p>Key Responsibilities&Duties:</p><p>- Site Supervision: Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring project plans, schedules, and budgets are strictly followed.</p><p>- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate subcontractors and contractors to ensure efficiency and quality.</p><p>- Safety&Compliance: Enforce stringent health and safety regulations (HSE) and ensure compliance with local Abu Dhabi regulations.</p><p>- Reporting: Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management and clients.</p><p>- Project Controls: Monitor project progress, track project milestones, and mitigate risks.</p><p>- Quality Control: Conduct site visits to inspect materials and workmanship.</p><p>Required Qualifications&Skills:</p><p>- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</p><p>- Classification: Classified Engineer "Specialized" - "Building Construction of all types Contracts" is mandatory.</p><p>- Experience: Minimum of 12 to 15+ years of experience, preferably with high-rise or large-scale projects in Abu Dhabi.</p><p>- Certification: Membership in professional bodies such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, or MICE is required.</p><p>- Technical Skills: Proficient in project management tools and documentation systems.</p><p>- Leadership: Strong team management skills and experience in managing diverse teams.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to lead landmark projects and drive construction excellence within the UAE.
