Senior Construction Engineer, HSELocation: Abu DhabiWe are looking for experienced PMC Senior Construction Engineer – HSE with a strong background in oil & gas construction, brownfield modifications, and live plant environments, for an Onshore project based in Abu Dhabi.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and monitor construction HSE activities across all assigned projectsEnsure strict compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements, project specifications, and statutory regulationsSupervise EPC contractor performance from site safety and construction HSE perspectiveReview and approve construction method statements, JSA, risk assessments, lifting plans, and PTW documentationConduct site audits, inspections, incident investigations, and safety walkdownsSupport brownfield tie-in and live plant construction safety managementCoordinate with PMC, contractor, and client teams for safe project executionDrive HSE awareness, toolbox talks, and proactive safety culture at siteRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalentProfessional HSE certification preferred (NEBOSH / IOSH / equivalent)Extensive experience in construction HSE within oil & gas onshore projectsPrior PMC / ADNOC Onshore experience highly preferredStrong experience in brownfield, tie-in, demolition, and facility modification projectsSound knowledge of permit-to-work systems and live operational site safetyStrong stakeholder and contractor management skillsIf interested, please apply to the link belowhttps://careers.penspen.com/vacancy/senior-construction-engineer-hse-608804.html#J-18808-Ljbffr
