About the job Senior Construction EngineerResponsibilities:Lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.Develop and review project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project objectives are met.Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to construction challenges.Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel.Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the construction industry with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.Nationality: Arabic (Preferably Iraqi or Jordanian).Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE.Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in construction-related software tools and applications.Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
