Senior Concept Architect

We are seeking a visionary Senior Concept Architect to join our innovative design team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our Concept Architecture team you will lead the conceptual design process for high-profile architectural projects pushing the boundaries of creativity while maintaining a strong focus on functionality and sustainability.The role focuses on visioning placemaking and translating client aspirations into compelling architectural narratives while coordinating closely with urban design engineering and specialist teams.Responsibilities:Develop and oversee cutting-edge architectural concepts for a diverse range of projects from iconic skyscrapers to sustainable urban developmentsLead and inspire a team of talented designers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environmentPresent design concepts to clients stakeholders and project teams effectively communicating complex ideas through various mediumsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural concepts with engineering sustainability and construction requirementsStay at the forefront of industry trends emerging technologies and sustainable design practices to inform and elevate our design approachManage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful concept deliveryMentor junior architects and contribute to the overall growth and development of the design teamRepresent the firm at industry events conferences and client meetings to showcase our design philosophy and capabilitiesQualifications : Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institutionMinimum of 6-8 years of experience in architectural concept design with a proven track record of successful high-profile projectsExceptional proficiency in advanced 3D modeling software such as Revit Rhino and SketchUpStrong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring design teamsOutstanding concept development and visualization abilitiesExcellent project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyIn-depth knowledge of sustainable design principles and their application in architectural projectsFamiliarity with international building codes and regulations particularly in the Middle East regionAdditional Information : About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
