Senior Compliance & MLRO Officer - VARA

We are partnering with a growing digital assets firm in Dubai looking to hire a Compliance Officer & MLRO to lead their regulatory and AML function.This is a critical role focused on VARA licensing, regulatory alignment, and ongoing compliance oversight, working directly with senior leadership and regulators.Proven experience working with VARA regulations (mandatory)Experience as Compliance Officer / MLRO / Deputy MLRO in crypto, fintech, or financial servicesStrong hands‑on expertise in AML/CFT, KYC/CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, and STR/SAR reportingPrior experience dealing with regulators, audits, and licensing processesThis is an onsite role in DubaiVisa sponsorship is not provided at the initial stageCandidates must be based in the UAE or able to arrange their own visa initiallySalary: Open to discussion (based on experience)#J-18808-Ljbffr
