Senior Compliance&MLRO Officer - VARA

<div><p>We are partnering with a growing digital assets firm in Dubai looking to hire a<b>Compliance Officer&MLRO</b>to lead their regulatory and AML function.</p><p>This is a critical role focused on<b>VARA licensing, regulatory alignment, and ongoing compliance oversight</b>, working directly with senior leadership and regulators.</p><ul><li>Proven experience working with<b>VARA regulations</b>(mandatory)</li><li>Experience as Compliance Officer / MLRO / Deputy MLRO in crypto, fintech, or financial services</li><li>Strong hands‑on expertise in AML/CFT, KYC/CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, and STR/SAR reporting</li><li>Prior experience dealing with regulators, audits, and licensing processes</li><li>This is an onsite role in Dubai</li><li>Visa sponsorship is not provided at the initial stage</li><li>Candidates must be based in the UAE or able to arrange their own visa initially</li><li>💰Salary: Open to discussion (based on experience)</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
