Senior Compliance Manager

About thee Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join our insurance clients team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compliance within our organisation. This includes ensuring that our company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulationsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compliance programs and make recommendations for improvementConduct regular compliance audits and reviews to identify any potential areas of risk or non-complianceProvide guidance and support to other departments on compliance-related mattersStay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure that the company is in compliance at all timesDevelop and deliver compliance training programs for employeesInvestigate and resolve any compliance issues or violations that may arisePrepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies as requiredCollaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as neededLead and mentor a team of compliance professionals Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business finance or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management preferably in the insurance sectorStrong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to the insurance industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven leadership and team management experienceAbility to analyse complex information and make sound decisionsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsProfessional certifications in compliance or risk management are a plus Key Skills Compliance Management,Risk Management,Financial Services,PCI,Banking,Cost Accounting Standards,Quality Systems,Research Experience,NIST Standards,Securities Law,SOX,ISO 27000 Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
