Senior Communications Engineer

<div><p>Antal is partnering with a world-leading global PMC organization involved in large-scale railway and infrastructure projects across the globe.</p><p>We are currently seeking a Senior Communication Engineer to lead and oversee activities within major transit projects.</p><p>Role: Senior Communications Engineer<br/>Location: Riyadh, KSA</p><p>Budget: SAR 40,000 - 45,000</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Review and validate communications system designs and technical submittals including TETRA radio, data networks, PA/PIS, CCTV interfaces, and telecom infrastructure ensuring compliance with project requirements</li><li>Oversee and coordinate the integration of communications systems with signalling/ATC, OCC/TCC, SCADA, station systems, PSDs, and rolling stock communications, ensuring seamless UTO operations</li><li>Support and supervise testing&commissioning activities, including FAT, SAT, subsystem testing, integration testing, radio coverage verification, and operational readiness assessments</li><li>Participate in inspections, NCR management, compliance reviews, and communications-related quality assurance activities</li><li>Evaluate cybersecurity compliance of communications systems, ensuring alignment with ISO/IEC 27002, IEC 62443, and KSA national cybersecurity requirements.</li><li>Analyze system performance, reliability, and integration issues, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.</li><li>Coordinate with PMCM teams, contractors, O&M entities, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Prepare progress reports, system assessments, commissioning logs, and integration updates.</li></ul><h3>Must Have</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field, with 15+ years of relevant experience.</li><li>Extensive experience with communications systems in metro/rail environments including TETRA, fibre/data networks, PA/PIS, CCTV, and telecom systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of integration across communications, signalling, rolling stock, power supply, OCC/TCC operations, and station systems</li><li>Proven ability to review telecom design packages, interface documents, cybersecurity studies, test procedures, NCRs, and commissioning documents.</li><li>Familiarity with RAMS principles and operational performance requirements.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.</li><li>High level of professionalism and adaptability in complex projects.</li></ul><p>Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
