<div><h3>Project Description</h3><p>The project is a major Built Environment mixed‑use development aiming to be a global landmark recognised for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self‑sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.</p><h3>Title</h3><p>Senior Commercial Manager</p><h3>Location</h3><p>Riyadh, Saudi Arabia</p><h3>Role</h3><p>Reporting to the Procurement, Cost and Commercial Director, the Senior Commercial Manager is responsible for all post‑contract management. The role involves managing the post‑contract commercial team (approximately 20 individuals) to ensure the provision of accurate status reports that allow timely decisions to be made to prevent schedule slippage and cost overruns, and the production of close‑out reports for each project.</p><h3>Main Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the post‑contract commercial team to meet the programme objectives by managing the executed contracts and ensuring related services are delivered on time and within budget, in an ethical manner and in accordance with project procedures.</li><li>Co‑ordinate with the Client, PMC Project Managers, Consultants and Contractors to ensure timely production of all required post‑contract commercial deliverables by KBR, including but not limited to:</li><li>Processing of payments.</li><li>Management of variations and change.</li><li>Reviews of claims and production of position reports.</li><li>Production of commercial and cost reports.</li><li>Management of all claims processes.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of the Client's commercial strategy.</li><li>Updating commercial trackers for notices, claims, variations and early warnings.</li></ul><h3>Experience, Skills and Knowledge</h3><ul><li>BSc in Quantity Surveying or a master’s degree.</li><li>Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years working experience in the Middle East.</li><li>Sound knowledge of commercial aspects of major civil&infrastructure projects, including build‑asset environments.</li><li>Experience managing direct reports with overall responsibility for teams of more than 20 people.</li><li>Experienced user of MS Office and understanding of project management software.</li><li>Membership of a recognised international professional body (e.g., MRICS).</li><li>Experience in international contracting mechanisms, including FIDIC and NCE.</li><li>Fluency in English, both written and spoken.</li></ul><h3>Competencies</h3><ul><li>Leadership.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Commercial awareness.</li><li>Strong customer focus.</li><li>Planning&organising.</li><li>Accepts responsibility.</li><li>HSE awareness.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
