Senior Commercial & Cost Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial & Cost Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all commercial and cost-related activities across various projects. Your expertise will ensure accurate budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control, contributing significantly to the successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders, implementing effective commercial strategies and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project budgets and financial plans, ensuring adherence to cost management principles.Conduct comprehensive cost analyses and prepare detailed financial reports for management review.Provide guidance on commercial negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms.Oversee procurement processes and relationship management with suppliers and subcontractors.Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.Support project teams with financial decision-making and strategic planning.Monitor, evaluate, and report on project financial performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial and cost management, preferably in the construction or engineering sector on large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial practices.Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost modeling.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.Be part of a collaborative and supportive team#J-18808-Ljbffr
