About the job Senior Cloud Engineer - Saudi ArabiaOverviewAbout the OpportunityWe are supporting a large-scale enterprise digital transformation programme in Riyadh, focused on modernising cloud infrastructure across mission-critical systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on Senior Cloud Engineer who can design, deploy, secure, and operate cloud environments across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deploy scalable, secure cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCPBuild and configure cloud environments from the ground up (greenfield and existing environments)Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or similarOperations & Monitoring: Monitor performance across multiple environments and ensure systems meet SLAs and KPIsManage day-to-day cloud operations, including incident resolutionImplement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutionsSecurity & Governance: Configure access controls, identity management, and cloud security policiesEnsure compliance with enterprise security standards and best practicesWork closely with cybersecurity teams on risk mitigationSupport integration between on-premise and cloud environmentsWork across multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructuresWork closely with architects, DevOps, and application teamsSupport project delivery across multiple cloud initiativesRequired Experience5–10+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering or Infrastructure rolesHands-on experience with at least one hyperscaler:AWSMicrosoft AzureGoogle Cloud PlatformExperience with hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem)Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principlesExperience with monitoring tools (e.g. CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Grafana, etc.)Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.)Nice to HaveArabic language capabilityExperience in enterprise or government environmentsCertifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesWhat We’re Looking ForHands-on, delivery-focused engineers (not purely theoretical)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work in high-pressure, enterprise-scale environmentsSalary & BenefitsCompetitive package aligned with market benchmarksFull relocation support where applicable#J-18808-Ljbffr
