Full time | Black Pearl Consult | United Arab EmiratesPosted On 03/30/2026Job InformationFurnitureNumber of Positions 1City Dubai337-1500Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and results-drivenCivil Project Managerto oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out and furniture-related civil projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in civil and finishing works, excellent leadership abilities, and proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within the UAE.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all phases of civil and finishing activities including gypsum partitions, false ceilings, plastering, screeding, tiling, marble, waterproofing, and other related works.Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.Supervise project execution and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, MEP, and joinery teams to maintain proper sequencing and interface alignment.Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.Oversee procurement and material planning to ensure site requirements are met without delays.Conduct regular project review meetings to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards on all project sites.Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and resolve technical or operational issues efficiently.Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to management.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience managing interior fit-out or furniture-related civil projects (preferably within the UAE)Proven track record in delivering high-end interior projects on time and within budget.Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Valid UAE driving license required.Must be flexible to work across various project sites within the UAE.Disclaimer:Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form to charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
