Senior Civil Engineer

OverviewOversee and coordinate Civil construction and maintenance activities in a construction or industrial site setting. Responsible for managing a team of Civil foremen technicians ensuring work is carried out efficiently according to specifications and in compliance with safety regulations ultimately contributing to the successful completion of projects and the smooth operation of Civil systems.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise civil engineering projects from concept through completion.Review and approve design drawings specifications and calculations.Manage project budgets schedules and resources effectively.Ensure compliance with local authority standards codes and safety regulations.Conduct site inspections progress monitoring and quality assurance checks.Prepare technical reports proposals and documentation.Liaise with clients contractors consultants and government authorities.Identify risks troubleshoot issues and propose practical engineering solutions.Mentor and guide junior engineers and site teams.QualificationsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is an advantage.Minimum 612 years of experience in civil engineering including site supervision and project management.Additional InformationStrong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.High attention to detail and quality orientation.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeContract#J-18808-Ljbffr
